How do our sessions work?

The sessions are designed to facilitate a healthy flow of energy in our energetic system. When we fall sick or experience any form of discomfort, the cause of it is usually due to energetic blockages in our system. This has been the emphasis of many traditional cultures, most notably in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, where the root of all sickness is due to blockages in our energetic channels (Meridians) and energetic centers (Chakras). 

Most of the time, the blockages are caused by emotions that we repress due to our unwillingness to experience or face them for what they are. In modern day society, almost everything we experience is through a lens of polarisation that we inherit from our environment, categorising everything into light and dark, good and bad, and hence we consciously filter out what we feel in different situations we go through in life. The latent emotions we repress end up being lodged as stagnant energy in our bodies and disrupts the natural flow of energy that maintains healthy biological and psychological processes in our being.

 

By using natural harmonic frequencies found in natural geometries, minerals, colours, sounds, and scents, our devices and tools aid in the process of correcting any unnatural blockages in our energy channels and centers by cleansing and energising our holistic system, ultimately moving stagnant energies. This provides relief as energy spent holding on to these emotions are freed up for the body and mind to naturally heal itself.

What are Natural Harmonic Frequencies?

In the natural world, there is an underlying order that connects all and keeps everything in a state of balance. The state of this order is maintained by a flow of energies; “Chi” in the chinese tradition or “Prana” in the Indian tradition; that flows through everything in our universe and beyond. This life force is in a state of constant flux as it flows in and out of living beings and the natural world, facilitating constant change in the ecosystem in the form of life and death, creation and destruction. Everything in the natural world is created from this flow of energy and is designed to allow this force to pass through. 

 

Though there are different manifestations in the physical world taking different physical forms that our senses can perceive, there is an underlying pattern that connects and unites all living things which takes form in specific mathematical ratios, angles and geometric shapes. These natural patterns can be observed in how flowers bloom, how shells spiral, or the geometrical patterns found in nature. By using light and sound frequencies that adhere to these natural harmonics found in the natural world, we can generate a more dynamic and vibrant flow of energies in our holistic system.

HoW DO I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF session I REQUIRE?

We always recommend our clients to go for our standard sessions; Thoth (90mins), Hathor (60mins); to start, as it focuses on energising and cleansing the system to prepare the individual for the deeper protocols we offer; Ma’at (Assemblage Point Realignment), Khonsu (Subconscious reprogramming). However, we will assess what each individual needs before the session during a prior consultation. What should you do during the sessions?

We recommend clients to come with an open mind, and to try to not have any expectations during the session. We will share some simple breathing exercises before the session begins so that you’ll be able to breathe deeply for the first 5-10 mins of the session to enter a state of rest and relaxation, to better absorb the benefits of the session. You are free to move, if you feel like stretching or to adjust your position to one that is more comfortable if you feel the need to do so. It is a safe space to fully express yourself if anything surfaces, or to enter a deep state of rest, or even sleep.

How long do the effects last?

The effects last from a week to long lasting transformative results, depending on the client’s lifestyle and environment outside of the session. The entire process is a collaboration between Pharos and the client and it is of utmost importance that the individual takes charge of his/her internal and external wellbeing after the sessions. We will share certain lifestyle recommendations and practices that would help maintain the centred state of alignment after the session.

 

We also provide ongoing support after sessions to allow our clients to ride the wave in the most graceful way possible.
